Went yesterday after my teenage daughter was hit by a car when she was on her bike. The kindness and treatment she received was excellent from reception, nurse, doctor and x ray dept. She was in shockand in pain, but they were very understanding and patient with her and nothing was too much trouble. We had a long wait from seeing the nurse to then seeing the doctor but that was obviously due to the sheer volume of people attending at that time.The nurse made sure she had pain relief before her wait. However when it came to her turn we were not rushed at all, the female doctor was so thorough and she reassured us, not only for how she was at that time but to return immediately if there was any further problems. I can't speak highly enough of them all.
