some very friendly staff, especially when i went through to wait for op. doctor was good and kept me informed

What could be improved

i was left in agony for too long without any follow up after morphine. very uncaring attitude and unprofessional. not kept in the loop and bed out of reach of call button.

Anything else?

all good apart from when a problem arose then to be frank, rude and unnattentive nurse
