"Poor consultant !!! Bad mannered health care..."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Rheumatology

The consultant at the rheumatology is very rude. They are always an hour late. The health care assistant are very rude. The tone of voice is inappropriate and upsetting. Very poor consultant. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. When I have had blood test done and explained my symptoms. They dont seem to investigate the problem instead they just want your bloods. We all know what you do with our bloods. They are kept and given to other patients in emergencies. Stop taking so much bloods.

They have continously made mistakes when I am under their care. Disgusting !!! Blackburn hospital is the worst hospital !
