"Our experience with thurlow"

Have had a close friend on the waiting list for over a year following a suicide attempt. As an individual who works in mental health services themselves I understand the strain on services but this is actually ridiculous and very poor practice. The crisis team were lovely in meetings for the short time period they covered her case but nothing was achieved and appointments were repeatedly cancelled by the team (and then we got snotty letters about attendance) nothing has happened since and im amazed my friend is still going.
