"Referral from Teddington Mem."

About: West Middlesex University Hospital / Accident and emergency

On Saturday, the 14th of July I was referred to West Mid from Teddington Mem.

with chest pains tingling down my left side and pins and needles in my hand. The service I received was from Teddington Memorial and West Mid was fabulous

I waited less than 5 minutes at West Mid , and was seen immediately, I was seen by two people, one was the A and E doctor and one the nurse who took my blood at first point of contact.

The service I received at this hospital was amazing, very thorough checks including x-rays lots of blood tests, and ECGs.

All staff I came across were polite professional and knowledgeable , showing the upmost respect me and all the patients.

The hospital was clean, well run, and efficient

I hardly ever visit the doctor, or hospital, as I look after myself very well both mentally and physically and feel the key that good health starts with me BUT when I needed the service it was there, it was professional, it was courteous, it was everything our amazing NHS should be proud of

Thank you to all the people involved in my care that day, the doctors, the admissions staff, the nurses to the lady that removed my needle in CDU so quickly and painlessly.

Thank you for looking after me so well

You should be all be very proud of your hospital and the people in it.

Dear Gill, thank you for your great feedback on what must have been a very traumatic experience. We are pleased to hear that you were looked after so well and will pass on your feedback to the teams involved.
