About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

A&E nurses are ridiculus have no manners how to speak to patients. No one likes to come to a&e for the fun of it it would be nice if a&e nurses would be nice and friendly. They are no help whatsoever. Specially concerning a child you would assume they will be more compassionate.
