About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

Admitted as an emergency for appendicitis.

I was.not.sure what.ti expect as my past experiences in other NHS hospitals have not always been great. Omg how wrong was I. The staff are amazing. They are interested caring thoughtful and keep you well.informed.

the staff seem happy in their jobs and motivated . Highly recommended and one very satisfied customer

Thank you for your high praise of our hospital, we are very proud of our achievements and the improvements we have made over recent years and have often been compared favourably to other hospitals and on some occasion’s even hotels.

It would be complacent of us to think that everything is 100% but we are continually striving to provide the best care we can for all our patients and comments such as yours are a real encouragement.

Your feedback will be shared with the directorate Matron and department who I’m sure would like to wish you well and a speedy recovery from your surgery.
