The reception staff are uniformly rude, the telephone has no call waiting queue, leading to being totally unable to contact the surgery at a busy time as the phone is engaged. The doctors and nurses are pleasant, although one of the GPs is staunchly against supplying repeat prescriptions, leading to many conversations with staff requesting repeat prescriptions that have been denied for one reason or another that I need for my diabetes.
