"Visited today- overwhelmed by kindness"

I attended Dale Suite today and was overwhelmed by the respect and care I was shown . I was in a delicate state following a recent bereavement and the nurses were so very patient. I was offered as much time as I needed and their care for me was obvious. Thank you so much to all the staff - including the receptionist . You made the experience bearable and I am confident in your skills.
