Our daughter was a patient cared for at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and we generally felt a little let down by the hospital. We went through the London sarcoma service and a cancer was diagnosed. We found the communication to be very poor and information told to us was constantly conflicting. We never saw the same doctor twice and when we were in clinic one doctor spoke to us about a different patient and when we questioned them they showed us their letters on a computer screen. It wasn’t even the same name. I can see others have had similar experience from reading these reviews. In the end went to the USA for treatment and had a completely different experience. I would like the RNOH to learn from other hospitals please.
