This practice is very professional in its service delivery and the range of different things it makes accessible and available to it's patient's.

All the staff from reception area to healthcare staff to the GP's themselves are always helpful, polite and treat everyone with respect and kindness. It's usually quite easy to get an appointment but if you have an urgent need or emergency then you know someone will at least give you a telephone appointment or see you in surgery or at home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review of our surgery, and in particular for mentioning our reception staff. Our receptionists have one of the most difficult roles in general practice, and they work extremely hard to serve our patients, whilst sadly bearing the brunt of patient frustration. It really does mean a great deal to us when a patient takes the opportunity to thanks and acknowledge our reception team.

I am so pleased to hear that you have had such a positive experience, and have remained a patient for four decades!

I will ensure that this is shared with our reception staff and clinicians as it will be greatly appreciated.
