I was seen by a GP yesterday I got an emergency appointment at 10:50 he was busy but took the time to examine me! He was right to refer me to hospital. He listened to my concerns and even though the waiting room was busy he took his time to look after me! Thank you.

The Receptionists are lovely - they put up with some grief - Thank you surgery. The phone system isn’t great and the wait times are pants but they are trying.

Thank you one particular doctor.

Dear Patient

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your experience at the surgery yesterday.

We are a very busy surgery and the whole team do their best to make sure the patients receive a first class service.

The demand on general practice is ever increasing and also on our surgery but anyone who needs to be seen that day we do our best to see them.
