Encountered problems with the repeat prescription service being sent online to a pharmacy which took WEEKS to sort out and was only sorted out by a dedicated, caring community pharmacist.
Surgery admin staff blamed the pharmacy.
Admin/reception staff have been rude and off hand on several occasions
Have been registered here for many years and the level of friendliness and care has slowly declined since the 3 wonderful practice nurses were not replaced.
There is now only 1 poor nurse who must be run ragged.
Sadly the staff here only seem to care about saving £ rather than customer care and satisfaction.
