"Not Very Impressive"

What I liked
good food, very friendly kind physio ,
What could be improved
lack of communication between staff and family members. request made to talk to doctor which never made contact .Own gp advised that the family was to demand an appointment.
Appointment was made but questions were asked but alot of the time wasn't fully answered or explained.Answering a phone call about a relative was that basic they could have put an answerphone message on instead stating all the time he/she has had a comfortable night .
Also when asked if a patient was a little yellowish in colour (knowing that some body organs were not functioning correctly)we were told it must have been the lights. Sometimes you would leave the building wondering if you were still sane. Also not to be too pushy to discharging patients when they are not well enought to go home or go into care .One very upsetting day after patient was put in side room due to yet another infection again body yellowish in colour relative was even told that the patient was not ill.Is this possible?
