"Patient telephone survey"

About: University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust

My husband spent 3rd/4th 07/18 in ward 7 WGH. He was most grateful for the treatment and care he received there. The disappointment came with the automated tel. survey. "If you are John Mounsey, press 1" repeatedly. I am not John Mounsey, nor could I explain that he is a postoperative, non-weight bearing 87yr old, carefully crawling backwards down the stairs to reach the tel. which takes 7min.

He would like to have shown his appreciation by giving high grades in your survey if he could have found a way to do it.
