I was referred to Burton Ambulatory clinic with a suspected DVT on 4 July. The staff in that unit were excellent. They told me what they were doing, kept me informed and were very caring.
There was some sort of issue regarding calling me in for my scan, but when we spoke to reception about being 25 minutes late, the situation was resolved immediately.
One member of staff in particular has been most helpful. My faith in Burton hospital has been restored.
