I attended the X-ray department today for a scan. I had a panic attack,before the procedure and I would like to say a massive thank you, to all the staff who helped to calm me down. I was extremely anxious and their professionalism and support were greatly appreciated. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Tests and procedures can be frightening and it is very common for patients to feel anxious. The team are always happy to answer any questions you may have and to reassure you. I am glad to hear that this was the case when you received your scan.
