Arrived early. Male nurse alerted to patients there was a delay. Nurse sheila attended to e. So kind. Considerate. Caring and efficient.   Theatre staff were professional with personality to alay any fears

Many thanks for taking the time to post feedback on your recent visit to endoscopy and how the staff dealt with you.

All staff are aware that a visit to Endoscopy can cause patients concern due to the nature of the procedures that are undertaken. I know they always try their best to help alleviate these concerns by being caring and considerate.

I am also very pleased to know that you were informed that a delay was possible as I know how hard it can be to sit and wait without any information regarding a late appointment.

Because of your reference to Sheila, I have assumed you visited the endoscopy suite at Lincoln Hospital. If this is not the case, perhaps you could just post another brief message here on the Care Opinion website, letting me know which hospital you went to.
