"Resoiratory clinic"

My husband had been very unwell for 2 months. our GP tried to resolve his situation with a variety of drugs. My husband was then referred to make an appointment via patient choice. The earliest was at WH in 6 weeks. I rang the consultant's secretary to explain that we could take a cancellation and we didn't mind which hospital, She was so kind and understanding. She listened to me and could hear my husband coughing in the background. She told me she would ring me back within the hour and she did. My husband was offered an appointment the next day. when we arrived at the clinic the nurses all kind with one in particular being exceptional and the consultant was understanding and compassionate. My husband was referred for a CT and bronchoscopy both of which were done at Queen Elisabeth the Queen Mother. Once again the staff were kind and caring. My husband now has a diagnosis, management plan and appropriate medicine. THANK YOU ALL

The clinical care is without fault. The cleanliness and general maintenance at both sites needs some serious attention.
