(as a service user),

Attended ED at ARI this morning and everyone I met; Receptionist, the Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Radiographer & Staff Nurse were all very friendly and professional. I was seen, treated and left the department within 1hr, reassured, with a splint and advised to rest injured hand.   Thanks a lot for the care and attention #teamwork #NHS
