"accommodating patients unable to walk"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

on my arrival yesterday 6th July to the MIU I booked in informing reception that I could bearly walk.

I waited to be seen and was then asked to walk into the examination room. I was then asked to go to the X-Ray dept.

It was only when I asked for a wheel chair for the X-Ray dept that I was given one.

I had broken my ankle and it was very painful to walk.

I would have appreciated the offer of a wheel chair on my arrival .

Should I have been offered one on my arrival?

while my leg was being plastered: there was a lack of proper materials and a shortage if appropriate crutches for me to use.

However the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
