"Very calm and kind!"

I was taken to hospital via ambulance after a terrible bout of food poisoning, and every single person we met was absolutely amazing. I'm a student and was pretty scared with what was happening, but all the nurses and doctors were incredibly patient and understanding. It was also faster than what I had expected (I'm from abroad) and I was absolutely shocked considering that it was all free of charge.

When my friend recently fainted and bumped her head I recommended her to come to Charing Cross as well and she had a similar experience.
