"poor discharge"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Clinical haematology

my father in law was transferred to ward 18 dri following admission through bassetlaw ed.

from Sunday to Thursday.

he arrived home struggling to walk, therefore struggled to get to the toilet, he had a moisture lesion to natal cleft.

he asked about a pressure cushion and was told by a member of YOUR staff that they are no longer made!!!!! really???? what an excuse for that lazy member of staff, do you not check pressure areas on discharge?

so yet again community picks up the mess of the acute, providing cushion, urinal and barrier cream.

we're they too busy celebrating nhs 70?? 😒
