"Still Waiting for an Appointment (4 months has..."

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

I had my first appointment early March, and was supposed to receive my second appointment. Weeks had passed by and when I was supposed to be told my appointment, I heard no word from them. 2 months passed and I figured I should call them, I was told that I would have to wait until they have times to give an appointment. It is now July and I still have no appointment, which I am extremely disappointed by as this has impacted my life in many ways. I am not happy with the service provided, the people at Liverpool Women's Hospital were all lovely, but I thought that I would have had another appointment by now, but this is beyond a joke and completely unfair on me as this only impacts me.

Please accept my apologies for the delays you have experienced. Our administration team would like to look into this further for you to see what the problem is and resolve this for you.

To do this we will need your personal details. Can I ask that you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison service (PALS) via 0151 702 4353 to provide this information. We can then review your individual case and identify why you have experienced these delays and what we can do to address these.

Regards

Kevin Robinson
