"messed up my opperation"

I am fed up with this hospital out of 3operations 2 of them had to complain and now here we go again. suppose to have an op in June which they cancelled due to me having a catheter fitted for another problem, the nurse who gave me my swaps told me I can have it done on the 9th of July and will not need my swabs taking again, Friday 6th July my wife rung Spires to confirm everything okay Spires told my wife operation been cancelled due to me missing two swabs, we have had no letters for any swabs and it has been discharged back to the doctor, and also the nurse told us we didn't need another swab because it was in the time frame. Spires just rung up and told us there has been a mix up and it was their fault and there never was any letter. What annoys me so much is that I have been building myself up for this operation and now got to start all over a gain through no fault of my own. Why are Spire so incompetent. I thought private hospital was suppose to be top class, not this one. Rant over.
