It was a little later than booked but that was fine because it means everyone is getting the time they need with the Dr or nurse. I know I did.

Thank you for your opinion, the clinicians do appreciate patients having the understanding that sometimes consultations take longer than planned, but sometimes that is the patients needs. Would you like to be part of our virtual opinion group? it would mean the occasional email asking your views on changes/developments to the surgery.
