Not impressed with this surgery.
I see a trend with a lot of the reviews mentioning getting vague diagnosis and not being taken too seriously only to find out that they had something worse than expected.
I went to the doctors last year around Oct for a horribly painful infection in my groin - The doctor who saw me didn't take me seriously at all when I told him what I thought may have caused it and barely explained the medication that he was giving me and generally seemed nonplussed - I left with antibiotics and feeling slightly brushed off.
Not happy with his diagnosis of it being "just an infection" I went to a clinic after hours to a shocked female doctor who instantly insisted on taking bloods, urine samples and then came back stating it was clearly a severe infection and that "Any doctor should have known that" and I was then given specific medication that was explained to me with a follow up appointment booked. Had I not gone to this clinic I could have seriously been in trouble.
I've also been into this surgery a few times with my girlfriend - The receptionists always go from either being extremely lovely to extremely rude and brusk. Today, my 8 month's pregnant girlfriend has gone into the surgery to give a urine sample, in a lot of pain, and the receptionist gave her a "gross" face when she handed the urine sample to her and threw it carelessly into a box with a load of others before saying "The doctor will call her " and sent a pregnant woman away in pain...
Yeah, I reckon we'll be changing surgeries.
"Not impressed really."
