About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was seen here on Wednesday morning and cannot fault a thing. I was seen quickly by the triage nurse and then the assessment nurse. I was referred to ENT promptly and within an hour of being in the department I had been referred, had a cannula and blood tests taken and was given pain killers.

Within 2 hours I was in the ENT department.

All the staff I saw were profession and friendly and could not do enough for me. They do an outstanding job and are a credit to the hospital, they should all be extremely proud.
