"Answer the phone"

About: Manor Hospital / Ophthalmology

I kast had an appointment regarding a cataract in my left eye on 14th April. I was told that another appointment would be sent out in the post.

To date, I have not received a letter to confirm the appointment. When I phoned up, the phone was picked up twice and both times nobody said hello, and then put the phone down.

There is no direct line into the reception of the Opthalmology department, so i has to ring the Main number, which also keeps ringing out, and it is so annoying when you do get put through to the department, only for someone to put the phone down without saying a word.
