I honestly couldn't praise Liverpool women's hospital for the care and compassion should during my stay in March 2017.

Our little boy was very unwell when he was born and required a stay on the neonatal unit. Staff on maternity and neonatal looked after us so well. They informed us at every stage of both of our treatment.

Being an employee of nhs myself, I am aware of the staff shortages and pressure that they are under but at no point was this demonstrated in the care that the staff provided. They were happy and helpful and I couldn't give any negative feedback at all.
