I moved from Gleadless to Bradway in March 2001. Over 10 years I have seen every GP. Have had excellent service all courteous and have resolved any health issues quickly and efficiently.

The change from Gleadless Medical Centre to Avenue Medical Practice instantly highlighted type 2 diabetes. This Dr Wood, Tricia Smith and other nurses have managed for me so well at my 6 monthly diabetic reviews. The appointment system has seen various changes, it is working very well these days.

My cataract surgery in 2007 was successful. Eye clinic at Royal Hallamshire Hospital monitor me.

I cannot fault the NHS. My feet are taken good care of by Marie Turrard chiropodist.

The system from the flu jab at Avenue works well.
