"Pathetic Communication"

About: Royal Free Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

2 Years post my son having his tonsils and adanoise removed, and grommets inserted, I have not heard from them and no idea if grommmets are stil in etc.

I cannot get thru to the hospital as they dont answer the phone
