"Impossible to get an appointment - never..."

About: St Andrews Medical Practice.

It’s extremely hard to get an appointment. I’ve been on hold for hours before being able to get through to reception. Really difficult if it is urgent or you need out of hours care. Sometimes they don’t have appointments for weeks at a time. It’s not acceptable given they are paid per patient. This problem has been ongoing for a number of years and sadly there seems to be no attempts to recridy it or improve patient services.
