At a time when a few people in Rutland and Oakham seem keen to criticise our Practice, we wanted to say thank you and well done for responding so superbly to the growing deficit of Doctors across the Country (it affects us in Rutland too) and looking ahead to see how else healthcare can be provided.
As a family, we have noticed your endeavours to work with Social Services as well as introducing Advanced Practitioners and a Pharmacist.
We also appreciate the exceptional talent you have amongst the Reception team /Administrators and the lovely Nurses that work tirelessly to meet the growing needs of an elderly population.
You have a strong team in Oakham and we are lucky to have you, please keep doing what you do and make sure you find time to spend with your families as well as looking after us.
