"IAPT Is awful!!!!"

I had a telephone appointment on the 3/7/18 I had missed due to no signal, I went into a state of anxiety as was rushing to get signal, had to rebook whilst having a panic attack, they didn't even acknowledge I was having an attack when I was rebooking and have to wait another 3 weeks..... would be 8 weeks from first getting referred to get an appointment when my depression has got to the pit of despair, Feels like the NHS don't really care....

Awful service.
