I was an inpatient on wars31 from 14 Maay to 26 May.
I game an insulin dependet diabetic and was on a restricted diet. A member of staff asked the catering staff to tell me the carbohydrate value of a few items from menu.
They asked twice at First both times was told they didn't know.
This was frustrating as I adjust My insulin dose according to carbs.
I mentioned this to the houskeeping supervisor who said she would find out.
Next day she brought me the carb values of the foods I needed.
I was very Vasari versed with the housekeeping supervisor for finding out and I would like it noted that she deserves thanks for this
Why can't food values be printed on the menu, carbs are very important to diabetics
"Very helpful housekeeping supervisor"
