Although my procedure was only Minor in the day surgery unit, I wanted to advise that the experience I had was fantastic.

No waiting time. The consultant David came to collect me from the waiting area, straight away he put me at ease, very professional but very friendly. As he performed the procedure, I had the pleasure of chatting with two lovely nurses called Pamela and Jill. They kept me distracted from the procedure David was performing, the were very friendly and caring.

Firstly may I thank you for the promotion, Jill and Pamela are having great fun telling me I have ideas above my station. I hope you won't be too disappointed to hear I am a specially trained Nurse.

It was lovely to hear that we met your expectations on the day and hope everything continues to go as planned. Remember... there is no such thing as a minor procedure if it is happening to you!
