"Emergency Gallbladder Surgery"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

Whilst visiting my mum in hospital, beginning November 2017 I had to pay A&E a vest on my way out.

From being booked in to all the test etc done that night to seeing a surgeon, who told me I needed a scan the next day.

Returned to hospital the next day for scan and more blood test, bloods were worse than A&E and had pancreatitis so was admitted to E1 for drips etc.

Gallbladder removed 2wks after.

All the staff in A&E, E1 ward, Day surgery, Theatre Admissions, surgeons anethetists, nurses etc. All did a fantastic job and looked after me well.

Really can’t thank you enough.

Thank you so much, and sorry if I have missed anyone.
