Being under the care of my GP for multiple issues I always opt for this hospital when I can although I have increased traveling times. The reception staff are so good, leave a message and they call you back and will go out of their way to help you.
My experience of the NHS is generally very poor but this hospital and its staff are showing how services should be ran.
I feel like a valued customer not a number in a machine when I use this hospital.
