I’m the Interim Service Manager responsible for the Adult Community Mental Health Service at Springvale. I’m sorry to hear that your experience of accessing our service has not been positive. You are correct in that we have experienced staff shortages but we have recently appointed new members of staff and are in the process of recruiting more.
