"Osborne versus Trafalgar"

Since amalgamation the Trafalgar practice has seen a decline in every sense. I was quite proud to be a member of the Osborne

Road practice - I knew all the staff and they knew me.

I feel like stranger when I visit there now, calling on the phone is virtually a waste of my time. It is now too big and impersonal, has lost all the character of the warm family practice that had been painstakingly developed over many years when it was the Osbotne Road practice

I believe the staff are doing their best but cannot replicate or achieve anything comparable, this amalgamated practice has become too big and unwieldy and appears unfriendly as a result.
