I found myself with an unexpected 2 week wait referral which was very stressful. In my path through I experienced:
Integrated Surgery (urology) twice
Blood taking unit
Pre-op assessment unit
Day surgery unit
Follow up consultation
My treatment will be ongoing but so far I've found everyone I've come into contact with to be professional, efficient and caring. Hard to achieve under such a pressured environment, so well done!
