My scalp hair loss treatment was abysmal and i was never shown any empathy about my problem. Tests were carried out but no solutions ever found. It was even suggested that it could be a hereditary problem which was a total joke.

Very unhappy about my treatment and of the attitude of the so-called professionals who did not have a clue!
