"Huge thank you to maturnity ward staff"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Maternity

I cannot thank all of the staff in the maturnity ward that I encountered enough for the care they provided.

They were all very friendly, professional and supportive.

A special thank you to the midwife who was with me through the labour in the water birth room and then to the ladies who took over when I went to theatre. It was a very swift process.

My baby was delivered on the 24th June with forceps and she had minimal markings which have already disappeared. We are over the moon.

Thank you again to Russell hall maturnity ward staff.

Firstly, we would like to congratulate you on the safe arrival of your baby girl.

It is so lovely to hear you felt your care was so efficient, especially when labour can be so unpredictable. We will ensure your kind words are shared with the lead nurse on the Maternity ward who can share them with her staff.
