What I liked

I was treated promptly and with respect at all times. The registrar took the time to explain at every stage of the process and when necessary arranged for my case to be handled by a more appropriate consultant. She also took the time to reassure me when she saw me in pre-op a few days later.

What could be improved

More feedback on discharge.

Anything else?

Would recommend this hospital, and it's staff to anyone.
