"Plenty of parking with a pharmacy next door."

Typical surgery with plenty of parking. Very outdated building. It has online booking and online repeat prescriptions but that is all it offers. No access to medical records online, you have to book a doctor's appointment, seems a waste. Waiting times vary from 5 to 25 mins depending on what time of day you get an appointment. Trying to book an appointment in the morning will result in continuously ringing for 20 - 30 mins, I guess that is the same for all doctors surgeries. The staff, depending again on the time of day can be very sharp, especially the telephone manner. Seems to be alot of ladies who really hate the job but it pays the bills so they turn up. Still the surgery is convenient and meets my needs. The surgery has an automated log in system so you can input you have arrived for your appointment. Saves you feeling as though you have inconvenienced the staff by making them off of their chairs and walk to the window to speak to you. Which results in a stare and huffing if you do need to speak to someone. Order repeat prescriptions so they are collected from the chemist. It's more convenient for the staff!!!
