"every time i go to the surgery i seem to get a different doctor"

About: Hackenthorpe Medical Centre

(as the patient),

i have been going now to the medical centre for the last five years with what seems to be the same problem after having several scans loads of cameras and two operations someone has just diagnosed the problem and it seems to have worked. Could the having the same doctor have resolved this a lot quicker?

Dear dozibee

The Partners agree that having the same doctor is entirely the right thing to do and it is advisable to book with the same doctor wherever possible. A patient is usually able to book a routine appointment with the doctor of their choice within a week unless there are exceptional circumstances.
