"Minor injury"

My 16 year old son has just received the most fantastic service and treatment at the Urgent Care Centre. Despite it being only a minor sport injury, the staff treated him swiftly and competently. We were greeted with a beaming smile from the lovely receptionist and despite expecting a 2 hour wait, we were home within one hour. The emergency nurse was warm, kind and reassuring as was the Doctor who came in to cast an eye over my son's affected leg. I have worked for the NHS for 29 years and feel humbled to work alongside such professional people that I have met today.
