About: Guernsey House / Primary care addiction service Sheffield (PCASS)

(as a service user),

I would like to take s minute out to say how much this service has helped change my life. I still use you - occasional use heroin and cannabis and still drink a few cans a day, but if it wasn't for my treatment my life would be a cold and lonely place to be.

I now have a fiancé who I love to bits and she helps me to keep to a life where there is no crime or disrespecting people in my life and it feels to much better now. I have thought about ending my life before but never again. I have the perfect fiancé and soul mate and my support from Guernsey House, don't get me wrong I have had problems with scripts a few times but I suppose you have a lot on. Trying to keep people on track but I suppose not everyone is ready for that, it takes time and effort. Thanks for the support.
