I am sitting here today waiting for my treatment. All cleared at 10 30 today
However the clinical staff nable to adminster. What is the problem......the IT system is not functioing correctly and computer programme not printing out perscription. There is no contigency plan so i am sitting here waiting for something to happen. Well unless send everyone home.
This is a terrible waste and very fruatrating for staff never mind for patient experience.
. The ditector of IT should be held to account as preventing patienta getting their treatment in a timely manner. Take action
